LaRose Honors the Fallen and Remembers Gold Star Families on Memorial Day

On Memorial Day, he was the Guest Speaker at the Middletown Memorial Day Ceremony, and later stopped by the Miami Valley VFW Picnic. Afterwards, he joined fellow veterans at the Evandale Memorial Day Ceremony in Hamilton County.

Team LaRose Marches in the Blossom Parade in Chagrin Falls

An army of volunteers joined Frank and Lauren to walk in the Blossom Parade in Chagrin Falls on May 27th. The campaign also brought the old M-35 army truck back out!

LaRose Young Professional Event Fills Up Standard Hall

Last week, the LaRose campaign held their first Young Ohioans fundraiser in the Short North, and had more than 125 supporters attend! Frank is the youngest candidate on the statewide ticket, and the energy among young people to beat out-of-state special interests was clear last Wednesday.

LaRose Awarded Distinguished Veteran Award

The Republican Veterans of Cuyahoga County awarded Frank LaRose the 2018 Distinguished Veteran Award yesterday in Cleveland.

Frank LaRose enlisted in the United States Army and served in the 101st Airborne and with the U.S. Special Forces as a Green Beret during his decade in uniform. He is the only veteran running on the statewide ticket in either party.

In The News!

Senator LaRose’s Senate Bill 135, which will provide nearly $115 million to counties to help upgrade aging voting machines, passed the Ohio House Finance committee last week. Read more about the need for the funding in the Dayton Daily News.

Additionally, Senators Frank LaRose and Jay Hottinger introduced legislation this month to expand survivor benefits for the families of first responders who are killed in the line of duty. Ohio’s law enforcement, firefighters and public safety professionals risk their lives to selflessly protect our families, and with this bill, we will ensure we better protect their families. The bill had its first hearing in the State Senate last week.

LaRose County Captain Spotlight


The LaRose campaign has County Captains in all 88 counties who are helping to organize the campaign’s ground game and outreach efforts throughout Ohio. Each month we are going to highlight one of our County Captains who has gone above and beyond!

Levi J. Cramer lives in Middletown, Ohio and serves as the Butler County Captain for the campaign. A 2016 graduate of The Ohio State University, Levi also serves as the President of the Middletown Area Republican Club and was elected to the Butler County Republican Party Central Committee at the age of 23. He is currently giving back to his community by serving on the boards for the Middletown Parades Committee, as well as Keep Middletown Beautiful. In his free time, he enjoys target and trap shooting, and hiking with his American foxhound, Sport.
